提出一种起重机回转制动的能量回收系统,该系统由液压回路和控制回路组成,采用多种液压阀体组成的液压调节器,回收回转马达制动时的能量,并以液压能的形式储存在蓄能器中。当蓄能器释放能量时,蓄能器中液压油驱动变量马达和电动机经过分动箱的动力分配后带动主泵对工作负载做功,并且流经变量马达的液压油可进入其他执行机构,实现了液压油流量的再生,减少了能量回收转换环节,提高了能量回收效率,高效地运转了发动机,降低了油耗。

The paper puts forward an energy recycling system of the crane slewing brake,consisting of the hydraulic circuit and control circuit.The hydraulic adjuster composed of various hydraulic valve bodies is used to recycle the energy when the rotary motor at brake and stored it in the energy accumulator in the form of hydraulic energy.To release the ener-gy,the hydraulic oil in the accumulator will drive the variable motor and electric motor to mobilize the main pump to work on the workload after power distribution in the transfer case,and the hydraulic oil running through the variable motor can also enter into other running mechanisms,to realize flow regeneration of the hydraulic oil,reduce the energy recycling transfer link,improve the energy recycling efficiency,efficiently drive the engine,and reduce oil consumption.
