以兰州自来水苯污染事件为研究实例，以新浪微博为研究平台，将兰州政务微博与兰州市民微博发布的有关自来水苯污染事件的微博信息与评论为研究对象，首先对兰州政务微博与兰州市民微博发布的事件相关信息的时间分布、关注内容进行对比分析，然后考察兰州政务微博信息的评论情况、语言风格，进而对兰州政务微博的舆情应对能力做出分析评价，最后为政府有效应对城市自来水污染事件引发的微博舆情危机提供对策建议。

Taking drinking water pollution incident in Lanzhou as an example, Sina Weibo as research platform, tweets and comments from Lanzhou government micro-blogs and Lanzhou citizens micro-blogs on the incident as research objects, the research conducts a com-parative analysis on time distribution of the tweets and the content of the tweets. Meanwhile, by investigating comments of the tweets, the language style, the results can help us to analyze and evaluate the capabilities of Lanzhou government micro-blogs in reaction to public o-pinions, and can also provide suggestions for governments to cope with public opinion crisis caused by urban drinking water pollution inci-dents.
