水利工程勘测设计中，水闸等水工建筑物消力池设计需要进行反复试算和迭代，计算量大且精度不理想。将消力池设计中求解消力池池深问题转化为两个非线性问题，利用新的优化算法-基于实数编码的加速遗传算法，第一次求解收缩水深以判断是否需要设置消力池，第二次求解消力池池深和对应的收缩水深。计算结果表明，本方法计算精度高，能够满足工程设计需要，切实可行。
수리공정감측설계중，수갑등수공건축물소력지설계수요진행반복시산화질대，계산량대차정도불이상。장소력지설계중구해소력지지심문제전화위량개비선성문제，이용신적우화산법-기우실수편마적가속유전산법，제일차구해수축수심이판단시부수요설치소력지，제이차구해소력지지심화대응적수축수심。계산결과표명，본방법계산정도고，능구만족공정설계수요，절실가행。
At present,in order to process the depth of sluice stilling basin,try and error method and iterative method are routine methods despite of their low efficiency. In this paper,two model based on non-linear mathematics models are given to determine the depth of sluice stilling basin. The depth of stilling basin can be obtained by real coding based acceleration genetic algorithm. A sample application indicates that the method is more precise and feasible than other traditional methods.
