研究了普通混凝土、矿粉混凝土、硅灰混凝土以及复掺矿粉、硅灰混凝土的坍落度、抗压强度和抗渗、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。试验结果表明,矿物掺合料可以明显改善混凝土的性能,掺合料种类和掺入比例直接决定了混凝土性能的改善效果;且复掺矿粉、硅灰混凝土的性能优于单掺矿粉、单掺硅灰组;当矿粉掺量20%、硅灰掺量5%时,混凝土的抗压强度、抗渗性能和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能最好。
研究瞭普通混凝土、礦粉混凝土、硅灰混凝土以及複摻礦粉、硅灰混凝土的坍落度、抗壓彊度和抗滲、抗硫痠鹽侵蝕性能。試驗結果錶明,礦物摻閤料可以明顯改善混凝土的性能,摻閤料種類和摻入比例直接決定瞭混凝土性能的改善效果;且複摻礦粉、硅灰混凝土的性能優于單摻礦粉、單摻硅灰組;噹礦粉摻量20%、硅灰摻量5%時,混凝土的抗壓彊度、抗滲性能和抗硫痠鹽侵蝕性能最好。
연구료보통혼응토、광분혼응토、규회혼응토이급복참광분、규회혼응토적담락도、항압강도화항삼、항류산염침식성능。시험결과표명,광물참합료가이명현개선혼응토적성능,참합료충류화참입비례직접결정료혼응토성능적개선효과;차복참광분、규회혼응토적성능우우단참광분、단참규회조;당광분참량20%、규회참량5%시,혼응토적항압강도、항삼성능화항류산염침식성능최호。
The performances of ordinary concrete and mineral admixtures concrete (slag, silicon ash, slag+silicon ash) are investigated, including the slump, the compressive strength, the impermeability and the performance of resistance to sulfate attack. The results show that mineral admixtures could improve the properties of concrete observably; composition ratio of mineral admixtures has influence on the improvement of concrete performance;the performance of multiple mineral admixtures concrete (slag and silicon ash) is superior to the single mineral admixture concrete (slag, silicon ash). When multiple mineral admixtures with 20%slag and 5%silicon ash is added to concrete, the best performances are obtained.
