The grid in Rural Hydropower Direct Supply Area of Jinxian County was constructed earlier,which has been operating for nearly 40 years,with seriously outdated service life,old and aged equipments,low safety and reliability,high accident rate and low efficiency.It is difficult to meet the requirements of economic development and energy-saving and emission-reduction in direct supply area.Upgrade and renovation of the equipments can upgrade power supply reliability and voltage compliance rate in all-round manner,reduce loss and improve the benefits of generating power,supplying power and using power,thereby guaranteeing safe utility.
