目前大型水电站混凝土高坝均建在高山峡谷之间,其单仓浇筑时间长,仓内大型振捣台车、平仓机等浇筑设备众多,在混凝土浇筑过程中柴油耗量大。为避免因仓内机械设备加油而影响浇筑效率,本文重点介绍了锦屏一级水电站大坝混凝土在浇筑过程中,仓内机械设备快速加油系统规划设计和工程应用情况。
目前大型水電站混凝土高壩均建在高山峽穀之間,其單倉澆築時間長,倉內大型振擣檯車、平倉機等澆築設備衆多,在混凝土澆築過程中柴油耗量大。為避免因倉內機械設備加油而影響澆築效率,本文重點介紹瞭錦屏一級水電站大壩混凝土在澆築過程中,倉內機械設備快速加油繫統規劃設計和工程應用情況。

At present,concrete high dam of large hydropower station is constructed between the mountains and gorges,and it takes longer time for pouring single storage,and there are many large concrete vibrators and scrapers in the storage, consuming more diesel oil in the process of pouring concrete.To avoid the impact on pouring efficiency due to oiling machines and equipments in the storage,this paper emphasizes on introducing quick oiling system planning design and engineering application for the machines in the storage in the process of pouring concrete in Jinping class A hydropower station big dam.
