目的:探讨胃肠道肿瘤患者术后早期肠内营养的安全性和有效性,为临床治疗决策提供依据。方法:回顾性分析44例胃肠道肿瘤术后早期行肠内营养支持患者(EN组)和36例行肠外营养支持(PN组)患者的临床资料。结论:EN组患者术后血红蛋白、血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白的下降速度均明显小于PN组(P<0.01或 P<0.05),肛门排气时间、排便时间、住院总费用亦明显低于PN组(均 P<0.01),差异有统计学意义;术后共出现并发症21例次,EN组患者并发症的发生率明显低于PN组(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠道肿瘤患者术后早期肠内营养效果有助于改善患者的营养状况,可促进患者免疫功能及肠道功能的恢复,减少手术并发症及医疗费用。

Objective :To treat the safety and efficacy of early postoperative enteral nutrition in patients with gastroin-testinal carcinoma ,and provide the true and reliable evidence for clinical decision-making .Methods :The data of 44 pa-tients with gastrointestinal carcinoma who received early postoperative enteral nutrition (EN group) and 36 patients who received parenteral nutrition(PN group) were retrospectively analysed .Results:The levels of hemoglobin ,levels of total serum protein ,levels of serum albumin in EN group decreased less than that in PN group ,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0 .01 or P<0 .05) .The postoperative flatus ,defecation time ,total hospital costs in EN group were also significantly lower than that in PN group (all P<0 .01) .There were 21 cases of postoperative com-plications ,the complication rate in EN group was significantly less than that in PN group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:The early postoperative enteral nutrition in patients with gastrointestinal carcinoma is safe and effective ,which can help to improve patients ,nutritional status ,enhance immunity and promote bowel function recovery ,reduce complication rate and total hospital cost .
