目的：研究老年女性口腔溃疡患者血清铁蛋白变化及临床意义。方法：临床诊断为口腔溃疡患者62例，年龄60～86（69．1±11．6）岁。对照组选择我院体检正常的老年女性22例，年龄60～72（66．3±6．4）岁。用放射免疫法（RIA）测定血清铁蛋白。结果：老年女性口腔溃疡患者血清铁蛋白（μg/L，32．1±25．6）明显低于正常对照组（μg/L，82．1±45．6，P＜0．01）。按血清铁蛋白≤11μg/L为降低标准，口腔溃疡患者71例中血清铁蛋白降低48例（67．6％），与正常对照比较有显著差异（x2＝28．437，P＜0．01）。结论：老年女性口腔溃疡患者测定血清铁蛋白可明显降低，这是缺铁性贫血一个指标，补充铁和维生素是治疗口腔溃疡措施之一。
목적：연구노년녀성구강궤양환자혈청철단백변화급림상의의。방법：림상진단위구강궤양환자62례，년령60～86（69．1±11．6）세。대조조선택아원체검정상적노년녀성22례，년령60～72（66．3±6．4）세。용방사면역법（RIA）측정혈청철단백。결과：노년녀성구강궤양환자혈청철단백（μg/L，32．1±25．6）명현저우정상대조조（μg/L，82．1±45．6，P＜0．01）。안혈청철단백≤11μg/L위강저표준，구강궤양환자71례중혈청철단백강저48례（67．6％），여정상대조비교유현저차이（x2＝28．437，P＜0．01）。결론：노년녀성구강궤양환자측정혈청철단백가명현강저，저시결철성빈혈일개지표，보충철화유생소시치료구강궤양조시지일。
Objective:To study the changes of serum ferritin in elderly female patients with oral ulcer and its clinical significance . Methods:The clinical diagnosis of 62 elderly female patients with oral ulcer was tested , and their age was 60-86 (69.1 ±11.6) years old.22 elderly healthy women were selected and their age was 60-72 (66.3 ±6.4) years old.The serum ferritin was measured by ra-dioimmunoassay (RIA).Results:In elderly women patients with oral ulcer, serum ferritin (μg/L,32.1 ±25.6) was significantly lower than that in normal control (μg/L, 82.1 ±45.6, P<0.01).According to serum ferritin ≤11μg/L to lower the standard, in 48 pa-tients (67.6%) with oral ulcer, serum ferritin decreased was significant difference compared with the normal control (χ2=28.437, P<0.01).Conclusion:The study shows that the elderly female patients with oral ulcer can significantly reduce the serum ferritin , which is an index of iron deficiency anemia .Supplementation with iron and vitamin is one of the important measures of treatment of oral ulcer .
