目的：分析本地区院前急救患者疾病谱，为改善院前急救措施提供科学依据。方法：回顾性分析本院2013年1月～2013年12月2021例院前急救病例进行统计分析。结果：院前急救患者中以男性居多，院前急救疾病谱前6位分别是创伤、心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、急性中毒、消化系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病，占总有效病例81．25％。结论：以院前急救患者的疾病谱为依据，对院前急救医护人员进行针对性培训，同时调整出诊药物、器械，对院前急救工作具有重大意义。

목적：분석본지구원전급구환자질병보，위개선원전급구조시제공과학의거。방법：회고성분석본원2013년1월～2013년12월2021례원전급구병례진행통계분석。결과：원전급구환자중이남성거다，원전급구질병보전6위분별시창상、심혈관질병、뇌혈관질병、급성중독、소화계통질병、호흡계통질병，점총유효병례81．25％。결론：이원전급구환자적질병보위의거，대원전급구의호인원진행침대성배훈，동시조정출진약물、기계，대원전급구공작구유중대의의。
Objective:To provide the scientific basis of pre -hospital emergency measures by Analyzing the disease spectrum for pre -hospital emergency in local area .Methods:The data of 2021 cases of pre-hospital emergency treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed .Results:Pre-hospital emergency patients was dominated by men , The six leading disease among the spectrum for pre -hospital emergency care included trauma , cardiovascular disease , cerebrovascular disease , acute poisoning , digestive disease , respiratory disease ,accounting for 81.25% of the total.Conclusiongs:The training emphasis should be performed the real-time adjustment and the emergency medications and equipment should be rationally adjusted according to the disease spectrum for pre-hospital emergency .It has great significance for the pre -hospital emergency work .
