目的:了解“三结合”社区卫生实践模式对预防医学人才培养的效果,促进预防医学人才素质提高。方法于2O12年5月-2O13年5月采用简单随机抽样的方法对广州某医科大学预防医学本科专业3OO名在校生和毕业生进行问卷调查,调研“三结合”社区卫生实践模式在预防医学专业学生社会责任感、知识技能、人际交往能力、逆境情商、实践创新能力五方面的影响。同时随机对26名社区实践基地工作人员、专业教师就“三结合”社区卫生实践模式下,预防医学本科生社区卫生实践活动效果、专业与实践基地合作内涵、实践基地管理制度的完善性三方面进行访谈。结果问卷调查结果表明:94.5%的学生认为该模式有助于提高社会责任感;超过9O%的学生认为该模式有助于完善知识技能;超过95%的学生认为该模式有利于提升人际交往能力;超过87%的学生认为该模式有助于提高逆境情商;超过84%的学生认为该模式有助于强化和提高创新意识和创新能力。访谈结果肯定了“三结合”社区卫生实践模式效果,但认为管理制度、课程模式、合作内涵方面还有欠缺。结论“三结合”社区卫生实践模式有助于提高预防医学本科生的综合素质,但在制度完善、课程建设、内涵深化等方面有待进一步加强。

Objective Tostudytheeffectof"Three-Integration"communityhealthcarepracticemodeloncultiva-tionofstudentswhomajorinpreventivemedicineandtoimprovetheircomprehensivequality.Methods Atotalof3OOpreventive medicine students and graduates from one medical university in Fuangzhou were surveyed with the method of random sampling by using questionnaire. Information was gathered about the impact of this model on the students' social responsibilities,knowledge structure,interpersonal skills,adversity quotient,and practical and innovative capabilities. Moreover,26 staffs from the univer-sity and practice bases were interviewed randomly about the effect of community health practice of the Preventive Medicine College students,the cooperation between university and bases,and the improvement of management system under" Three-Integration"communityhealthcarepracticemodel.Results Theresultofquestionnaireindicatedthat94.5%studentsagreedthemodecould promote social responsibilities;over 9O. O% students approved that the mode could help them to perfect knowledge structure;o-ver 95% students thought the mode could elevate interpersonal skills;over 87% students agreed the mode contributed to the im-provement of adversity quotient;over 84% students considered the mode could enhance their practical and innovative capabili-ties. The interview result confirmed the good effect of the " Three-Integration" model but showed but the necessity of improve-ment in the aspects of manage system,course mode and cooperation connotation. Conclusion " Three-Integration" facilitates comprehensive quality of undergraduate students in preventive medicine program. However,the system,curriculum design,and connotation remain to be improved.
