目的:探讨江苏人群主要组织相容性复合体-Ⅰ类链相关基因A (M IC A )基因多态性分布情况及其与乙型肝炎源性肝癌的关系。方法乙型肝炎源性肝癌组161例患者,健康对照组162例健康体检者,应用聚合酶链反应测序方法进行基因分型。比较各基因型等位基因频率分布及与乙型肝炎源性肝癌的关系。结果受试者携带GG基因型比携带AA基因型患乙型肝炎源性肝癌的风险高[比值比(OR):1.860,95%置信区间(95% CI):1.009~3.428,P=0.020],或至少携带1个G等位基因的受试者比携带 A 等位基因的受试者更易患乙型肝炎源性肝癌(OR:1.412,95% CI:1.030~1.936,P=0.046)。GG基因型患者血清MICA水平[(89.1±41.7)pg/mL]明显高于AA基因型[(18.2±9.5)pg/mL]和 AG 基因型[(35.8±17.4)pg/mL]。结论江苏人群 MICA 基因多态性(rs2596542)与乙型肝炎源性肝癌相关。

목적:탐토강소인군주요조직상용성복합체-Ⅰ류련상관기인A (M IC A )기인다태성분포정황급기여을형간염원성간암적관계。방법을형간염원성간암조161례환자,건강대조조162례건강체검자,응용취합매련반응측서방법진행기인분형。비교각기인형등위기인빈솔분포급여을형간염원성간암적관계。결과수시자휴대GG기인형비휴대AA기인형환을형간염원성간암적풍험고[비치비(OR):1.860,95%치신구간(95% CI):1.009~3.428,P=0.020],혹지소휴대1개G등위기인적수시자비휴대 A 등위기인적수시자경역환을형간염원성간암(OR:1.412,95% CI:1.030~1.936,P=0.046)。GG기인형환자혈청MICA수평[(89.1±41.7)pg/mL]명현고우AA기인형[(18.2±9.5)pg/mL]화 AG 기인형[(35.8±17.4)pg/mL]。결론강소인군 MICA 기인다태성(rs2596542)여을형간염원성간암상관。
Objective To investigate the distribution of MICA polymorphism in Han population in Jiangsu ,the correlation between MICA polymorphism and HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) .Methods One hundred patients with HBV-related HCC were selected into HCC group (n=161) ,162 healthy people were divided into con-trol group .Genotyping was conducted by using polymerase chain reaction-sequencing ,allele frequency distribution and its correlation with HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma were compared between the two groups .Results Compared with objectives with AA homozygote genotype ,objects with GG genotype had more risk with HCC (OR:1 .860 ,95% CI:1 .009-3 .428 ,P=0 .020) .Objects at least carrying one G allele had more risk with HCC than objec-tives carrying A allele(OR:1 .412 ,95% CI:1 .030-1 .936 ,P=0 .046) .In HCC patients ,the GG genotype was associ-ated with a significant higher serum levels of MICA compared to the AG or AA genotype .Conclusion The results suggested that MICA polymorphism was significant associated with HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma among Han population in Jiangsu .
