目的:探讨不同环境温度条件下粉尘螨致敏哮喘患儿血清炎性反应细胞及其因子的相关性。方法选取上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院崇明分院2010年11月至2013年10月收治的粉尘螨致敏哮喘患儿102例,包括缓解期75例、急性发作期27例。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患儿血清巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(M IF )、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(EC P )及白介素-13(IL-13)的水平,并进行外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数。记录每次采血前30 d的环境平均温度。将检测前30 d平均环境温度小于16℃的患儿(39例)纳入A组,平均环境温度大于或等于16℃的患儿(63例)纳入B组。比较不同病期、不同环境温度条件下血清MIF、ECP、嗜酸性粒细胞计数及IL-13检测结果,并分析其相关性。结果急性发作期患儿血清MIF、ECP、IL-13及嗜酸性粒细胞水平均明显高于缓解期患儿(P<0.05)。102例患儿血清MIF与ECP、嗜酸性粒细胞计数、IL-13水平均呈正相关(P<0.05)。A组与B组患儿血清MIF与ECP、IL-13、嗜酸性粒细胞水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清MIF与粉尘螨致敏哮喘发病机制密切相关;在不同病期、不同环境温度等条件下,M IF均可作为病情判断的指标。

목적:탐토불동배경온도조건하분진만치민효천환인혈청염성반응세포급기인자적상관성。방법선취상해교통대학의학원부속신화의원숭명분원2010년11월지2013년10월수치적분진만치민효천환인102례,포괄완해기75례、급성발작기27례。채용매련면역흡부법검측환인혈청거서세포이동억제인자(M IF )、기산성립세포양리자단백(EC P )급백개소-13(IL-13)적수평,병진행외주혈기산성립세포계수。기록매차채혈전30 d적배경평균온도。장검측전30 d평균배경온도소우16℃적환인(39례)납입A조,평균배경온도대우혹등우16℃적환인(63례)납입B조。비교불동병기、불동배경온도조건하혈청MIF、ECP、기산성립세포계수급IL-13검측결과,병분석기상관성。결과급성발작기환인혈청MIF、ECP、IL-13급기산성립세포수평균명현고우완해기환인(P<0.05)。102례환인혈청MIF여ECP、기산성립세포계수、IL-13수평균정정상관(P<0.05)。A조여B조환인혈청MIF여ECP、IL-13、기산성립세포수평정정상관(P<0.05)。결론혈청MIF여분진만치민효천발병궤제밀절상관;재불동병기、불동배경온도등조건하,M IF균가작위병정판단적지표。
Objective To explore the correlation of allergic inflammatory factors in the serum of dust mite al-lergic children with asthma under different ambient temperature .Methods A total of 102 cases of children with dust mite allergic asthma ,treated in Xinhua Hospital Affiliated to School of Medicine ,Shanghai Jiaotong University Chongming Branch from Nov .2010 to Oct .2013 ,were selected ,including 75 children in remission stage and 27 children in acute exacerbation stage .Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine serum levels of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) ,eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) and interleukin-13 (IL-13) ,and the number of peripheral blood eosinophils was counted .The average environment temperatures of 30 days before blood collection were collected .39 cases ,that the average ambient temperature 30 days before test were less than 16 ℃ ,were enrolled as group A .63 cases ,that the average ambient temperature were larger than or equal to 16 ℃ , were enrolled as group B .The correlations of MIF ,ECP ,eosinophil number and IL-13 under different ambient tem-perature and different stages of disease were investigated .Results The levels of MIF ,ECP ,IL-13 and eosinophil number in remission stage group were all significant higher than those of acute exacerbation stage group (P<0 .05) . There were significant correlations between the levels of MIF and ECP ,eosinophil count and IL-13 (P<0 .05) .Un-der different temperature ,there were also significant correlations between the levels of MIF and ECP ,eosinophil count and IL-13 (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Serum MIF might be involved in the pathogenic mechanism of dust mites allergic asthma .M IF could be used as the index to judge the status of disease under different stages of disease and different environment temperatures .
