目的:探讨微创钢板接骨术钢板(M IPPO )与带锁髓内钉(IIN )治疗胫骨骨折的疗效差异。方法计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、MEDLINE数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库,收集 MIPPO与IIN治疗胫骨骨折的临床对比研究,并采用Revman5.0软件进行M eta分析。结果共纳入6篇英文、7篇中文文献。M eta分析结果显示,MIPPO与IIN在手术时间[WMD=-10.90,95% CI(-24.93,3.13),P>0.05]、Joher-wrushs功能评分[RR=0.99,95% CI(0.94,1.05),P>0.05]上差异均无统计学意义。但MIPPO 能缩短骨折愈合时间[WMD=-1.20,95% CI(-2.03,-0.37),P<0.05]。结论与IIN相比,MIPPO能缩短骨折愈合时间。

Objective To compare the efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIP-PO)and intramedullary nail (IIN) in treatment of tibia fracture by a Meta-analysis .Methods Collected papers about comparative study between MIPPO and IIN from Cochrane Library ,Medline ,Chinese Biomedical Database .Revman 5 .0 was used for data-analysis .Results Six English article and 7 Chinese article were collected .Compared with IIN , MIPPO could shorten the union time of tibia fracture[WMD= -1 .20 ,95% CI(-2 .03 ,-0 .37) ,P<0 .05] ,but no significant differences found in surgical time and post-operative Joher-wrushs score .Conclusion Compared with IIN , MIPPO could reduce the healing time of tibia fracture .
