为了实现开关磁阻电机初始位置判断和低速运行位置估计方法统一,提出一种基于双电流阈值电感分区与脉冲注入相结合的开关磁阻电机位置估计方法。利用相电感、脉冲电流以及转子位置之间的关系,通过双电流阈值将电感分成不同区域,用脉冲电流幅值与双电流阈值比较加以识别,得到双电流阈值检索脉冲,利用检索脉冲信号可以估计出转速和转子位置。该方法避免了因电感最大和最小区域电感变化微小而影响到位置估计精度的问题。考虑到电流阈值受母线电压的影响,提出变双电流阈值的方法,实测不同母线电压下电流阈值,由查表获取电流阈值,提高了电流阈值的鲁棒性。以三相12/8结构样机进行了相关实验,实验结果验证了该位置估计方法的可行性。

For the unities of the initial position and low peed position estimation for the switched reluctance motor (SRM), a new sensorless operation based on the double thresholds is proposed. The proposed method is based on the relationship among the phase inductance, the rotor position and the pulse current. Utilizing two thresholds (high threshold and low threshold) divides the inductance into six regions, and the position pulse signals of the high and low current thresholds are obtained by comparing the pulse current amplitude and the two thresholds. The estimated rotor position can be calculated by the position pulse signals, which avoid the inductance of the maximum and minimum inductance region changing to slowly influence the accuracy of the position estimation. Considering that the bus voltage changed, the current thresholds changed too, a method of the variable current threshold is proposed. By measuring the pulse injection current amplitude under different bus voltages, the double thresholds will be gotten by looking-up a table. Using a three-phase 12/8 structure SRM for related experiments, the experimental results verify the validity of the position detection method.
