目的：探讨低频脉冲理疗仪结合耳穴催乳的临床效果。方法对我院产科住院分娩的缺乳产妇，随机分为治疗组（普林格尔治疗仪加压耳穴常规治疗）与对照组（通乳颗粒）比较。结果治疗组病例300例，痊愈42例，显效115例，有效124例，无效19例。总有效率达93.67％。对照组病例300例，痊愈12例，显效45例，有效63例，无效180例。总有效率达40.00％。结论普林格尔治疗仪与压耳穴相结合，既切实提高了母乳分泌量，又满足了产妇畏惧药物不良反应的心理，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토저빈맥충리료의결합이혈최유적림상효과。방법대아원산과주원분면적결유산부，수궤분위치료조（보림격이치료의가압이혈상규치료）여대조조（통유과립）비교。결과치료조병례300례，전유42례，현효115례，유효124례，무효19례。총유효솔체93.67％。대조조병례300례，전유12례，현효45례，유효63례，무효180례。총유효솔체40.00％。결론보림격이치료의여압이혈상결합，기절실제고료모유분비량，우만족료산부외구약물불량반응적심리，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of low frequency pulse physical therapy and Ear in lactation .Methods Women were selected and randomly divided into observation group ( Lactation particles ) and control group ( low frequency pulse physical therapy and Ear lactation).Results The total effective rate of control group was 93.67%, while the rate of observation group was 40.00%.Conclusion Low frequency pulse physical therapy and Ear lactation not only effectively improve the breast milk secretion , but also meet the maternal fear of adverse drug reactions .It is worthy to be clinical popularized and applicated .
