目的：探讨不同预处理方法清洗妇科器械的效果。方法使用2h以上的非感染性妇科器械包（每包53件）21套，随机分为3组：碱清洗组、多酶清洗组和对照组；碱清洗组采用碱性清洗剂、多酶清洗组采用全效多酶清洗剂、对照组用常用水，3组在机洗＋酶清洗前分别预浸泡10 min；采用目测和残余血检测进行清洗效果比较。结果碱清洗组和多酶清洗组，目测合格率为96．22％和91．64％，两组差异无统计学意义，但与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；残余血测试：碱清洗组与多酶清洗组残余血测试结果均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；碱清洗组和多酶清洗组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论在机洗＋酶清洗前，使用碱清洗剂进行器械的预处理可以有效地去除蛋白质、油脂类等污染物，使妇科器械的清洗效果更好。
