目的：探讨新疆医科大学第一附属医院医学检验中心2005-2013年参加卫生部感染性疾病室间质评情况，为今后室间质评工作提供借鉴。方法对2005-2013年卫生部感染性疾病血清学标志物室间质评反馈结果和实验室管理进行分析。结果2005-2013年参加卫生部感染性疾病室间质评共27次，总符合率为99％，除2012年外每年均有不符合结果的项目。结论感染性疾病血清学标志物检测存在的问题较为复杂，总结质评工作中存在的缺陷，提出措施并进行持续改进，为做好卫生部感染性疾病室间质评工作，评价质评结果的准确度和可比性，进一步加强实验室质量管理。
목적：탐토신강의과대학제일부속의원의학검험중심2005-2013년삼가위생부감염성질병실간질평정황，위금후실간질평공작제공차감。방법대2005-2013년위생부감염성질병혈청학표지물실간질평반궤결과화실험실관리진행분석。결과2005-2013년삼가위생부감염성질병실간질평공27차，총부합솔위99％，제2012년외매년균유불부합결과적항목。결론감염성질병혈청학표지물검측존재적문제교위복잡，총결질평공작중존재적결함，제출조시병진행지속개진，위주호위생부감염성질병실간질평공작，평개질평결과적준학도화가비성，진일보가강실험실질량관리。
Objective To investigate external quality assessment of infectious diseases by the Ministry of Health in the first affiliated hospital of Xinjiang medical university from year 2005 to 2013 and provide ref-erence for later external quality assessment.Methods The feedback results of external quality assessment and laboratory management of serological markers in infectious diseases by the Ministry of Health from 2005 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results The number of the attended external quality assessment of infectious diseases by the Ministry of Health from year 2005 to 2013 reached to 27 times and the total coincidence rate was 99%,except for 2012 every year is not in conformity with the re-sults of the proj ect.Conclusion Problems of testing serological markers in infectious diseases was more complicated,summarize the disadvantages of quality assessment,reasonable measures were proposed for continuous improving.It′s necessary to do external quality assessment work of infectious diseases well,e-valuate the accuracy and comparability of quality assessment results,propose and adopt the improvement measures,so as to strengthen laboratory quality management.
