目的:探讨正畸治疗的年轻恒牙和成熟恒牙的牙髓组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平及其临床意义。方法收集2010年6月-2013年10月在新疆医科大学第二附院口腔科行正畸治疗拔除的无龋健康的第一前磨牙56颗,包括年轻恒牙30颗和成熟恒牙26颗,采用常规免疫组化链酶亲和素-生物素-过氧化物酶复合物(srteptvadin-bitin complex,SABC)法比较年轻恒牙和成熟恒牙牙髓标本中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的表达。结果年轻恒牙牙髓成纤维细胞中的 VEGF呈强阳性表达,向冠部和根部表达逐渐减弱;成熟恒牙牙髓成纤维细胞中的 VEGF呈阳性表达,向冠部和根部表达逐渐减弱。与年轻恒牙比,成熟恒牙牙髓成纤维细胞中的 VEGF表达较弱,在冠部和根部的表达较弱。结论 VEGF在人年轻恒牙和成熟恒牙牙髓组织中表达有差异,VEGF 参与恒牙牙根的发育与成熟。

목적:탐토정기치료적년경항아화성숙항아적아수조직중혈관내피생장인자(VEGF)수평급기림상의의。방법수집2010년6월-2013년10월재신강의과대학제이부원구강과행정기치료발제적무우건강적제일전마아56과,포괄년경항아30과화성숙항아26과,채용상규면역조화련매친화소-생물소-과양화물매복합물(srteptvadin-bitin complex,SABC)법비교년경항아화성숙항아아수표본중혈관내피생장인자(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)적표체。결과년경항아아수성섬유세포중적 VEGF정강양성표체,향관부화근부표체축점감약;성숙항아아수성섬유세포중적 VEGF정양성표체,향관부화근부표체축점감약。여년경항아비,성숙항아아수성섬유세포중적 VEGF표체교약,재관부화근부적표체교약。결론 VEGF재인년경항아화성숙항아아수조직중표체유차이,VEGF 삼여항아아근적발육여성숙。
Objective To investigate the expressions and distributions of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)in dental pulps of immature and mature permanent teeth of human.Methods The normal teeth, extracted for orthodontic from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical Uni versity,including 30 cases of immature permanent teeth and 26 cases of mature permanent teeth,from 2010.6-2013.10,were examined by Srteptvadin-bitin Complex (SABC)to determine the expressions of VEGF in their dental pulps.Results The expression of VEGF was strongly positive in the pulp fibroblasts of immature perma-nent teeth (P <0.05),but gradually weakened in the crown and root canal.The expression of VEGF was positive in the pulp fibroblasts of mature permanent teeth (P <0.05 ),but gradually weakened in the crown and root canal.Compared with mature permanent teeth,the expression of VEGF was stronger in the pulp fibroblasts of immature permanent teeth,weakened in the crown and root canal (P <0.05).Con-clusion The expressions of VEGF in dental pulp of immature and mature permanent teeth showed signifi-cant differences and VEGF was concerned with the growth and maturation of permanent tooth.
