目的:研究云厚朴醇提物中厚朴酚、和厚朴酚在贮放、浓缩、干燥工序中的降解规律。方法通过高效液相色谱法测定云厚朴醇提物中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚在不同贮放、浓缩、干燥条件下的含量变化,得出降解规律。结果云厚朴醇提液在室内常温下贮放20天,和厚朴酚、厚朴酚含量基本不变;云厚朴醇提液在60℃浓缩和干燥,厚朴酚及和厚朴酚的降解动力学符合零级反应,在100℃降解较快。结论云厚朴醇提液在室温下贮放20天基本稳定,但是不能长时间在高温条件下浓缩、干燥,以免有效成分损失,在100℃干燥时降解较快,制剂生产中应避免醇提液长时间高温干燥、浓缩。

목적:연구운후박순제물중후박분、화후박분재저방、농축、간조공서중적강해규률。방법통과고효액상색보법측정운후박순제물중후박분여화후박분재불동저방、농축、간조조건하적함량변화,득출강해규률。결과운후박순제액재실내상온하저방20천,화후박분、후박분함량기본불변;운후박순제액재60℃농축화간조,후박분급화후박분적강해동역학부합령급반응,재100℃강해교쾌。결론운후박순제액재실온하저방20천기본은정,단시불능장시간재고온조건하농축、간조,이면유효성분손실,재100℃간조시강해교쾌,제제생산중응피면순제액장시간고온간조、농축。
Objective To study degradation law of magnolol and honokiol in the ethanol extraction of magnolia rostrata during storage , concentrating and drying .Methods To find the law of degradation , the contents of magnolol and honokiol were tested by high performance liquid chromatography under stor -age, concentrating and drying conditions .Results The content of magnolol and honokiol in the ethanol extraction remained almost the same within 20 days when kept indoors .The degradation reactions of magno-lol and honokiol were zero-order when concentrating at 60℃and drying .When drying at 100℃, the rate of degradation was faster .Conclusion Magnolol and honokiol in the ethanol extraction are almost stable within 20 days when kept indoors , but can not be dried and concentrated longer under higher temperature . The rate of degradation is faster when drying at 100℃.In order to ensure the preparation quality , higher temperature and longer time should be avoided during drying and concentrating for the ethanol extraction of magnolia rostrata.
