目的：探讨小剂量泼尼松联合雷公藤多甙、复方甘草酸苷治疗泛发性和/或中、重度湿疹的疗效。方法97例泛发性和/或中、重度湿疹患者随机分为泼尼松组(32例)、雷公藤多甙组(32例)以及联合治疗组(33例)，分别予泼尼松+复方甘草酸苷、雷公藤多甙+复方甘草酸苷以及泼尼松+雷公藤多甙+复方甘草酸苷治疗，疗程两周。结果治疗一周后，三组的有效率比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)，且联合治疗组的有效率均显著高于泼尼松组和雷公藤多甙组(P<0.01)。治疗两周后，三组的痊愈率比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)，且联合治疗组的痊愈率均高于泼尼松组和雷公藤多甙组(P<0.05)。结论小剂量泼尼松联合雷公藤多甙、复方甘草酸苷治疗泛发性和/或中、重度湿疹疗效肯定、副作用少、便于管理，可在社区和门诊推广。
목적：탐토소제량발니송연합뢰공등다대、복방감초산감치료범발성화/혹중、중도습진적료효。방법97례범발성화/혹중、중도습진환자수궤분위발니송조(32례)、뢰공등다대조(32례)이급연합치료조(33례)，분별여발니송+복방감초산감、뢰공등다대+복방감초산감이급발니송+뢰공등다대+복방감초산감치료，료정량주。결과치료일주후，삼조적유효솔비교차이유현저통계학의의(P<0.01)，차연합치료조적유효솔균현저고우발니송조화뢰공등다대조(P<0.01)。치료량주후，삼조적전유솔비교차이유현저통계학의의(P<0.01)，차연합치료조적전유솔균고우발니송조화뢰공등다대조(P<0.05)。결론소제량발니송연합뢰공등다대、복방감초산감치료범발성화/혹중、중도습진료효긍정、부작용소、편우관리，가재사구화문진추엄。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of low-dose prednisone combined with tripterygium glyco-sides and compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of generalized and/or moderate to severe eczema. Methods Nine-ty-seven patients with eczema were randomly divided into prednisone group (n=32, treated with prednisone and com-pound glycyrrhizin for 2 weeks), tripterygium glycosides group (n=32, treated with triptergium glycosides and com-pound glycyrrhizin for 2 weeks) and combined therapy group (n=33, treated with prednisone, tripterygium glycosides and compound glycyrrhizin for 2 weeks). Results The effective rates were significantly different among three groups (P<0.01) after 1 week of treatment. The effective rate in combined therapy group was higher than those in the other two groups (P<0.01). After 2 weeks, the cure rate of the three groups were also significantly different (P<0.01), and the cure rate in combined therapy group was higher than those in the other two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Treat-ment of generalized and/or moderate to severe eczema with prednisone, tripterygium glycosides and compound glycyr-rhizin has many benefits, with high efficacy and few adverse reactions. It can be practised in community and outpa-tient department.
