目的：探讨传统手术入路与改良皮肤入路肌皮瓣法睑袋整复术的手术情况和远期疗效。方法选取2011年2月至2013年2月就诊于我院拟行睑袋整复术的女性求美者123例(双眼)，根据求美者行手术路径不同分为改良组65例，对照组58例。对比两组求美者术中情况、术后效果及远期并发症情况。结果两种手术方式手术时间较短、术中出血量少，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；所有求美者均获得3个月随访，改良组并发症发生率为1.54%(1/65)，对照组为15.52%(9/58)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；改良组总有效率为100.00%，对照组仅为89.66%，两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良皮肤入路肌皮瓣法睑袋整复术不会增加手术风险，且能有效降低其术后远期并发症的发生。
목적：탐토전통수술입로여개량피부입로기피판법검대정복술적수술정황화원기료효。방법선취2011년2월지2013년2월취진우아원의행검대정복술적녀성구미자123례(쌍안)，근거구미자행수술로경불동분위개량조65례，대조조58례。대비량조구미자술중정황、술후효과급원기병발증정황。결과량충수술방식수술시간교단、술중출혈량소，차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)；소유구미자균획득3개월수방，개량조병발증발생솔위1.54%(1/65)，대조조위15.52%(9/58)，차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)；개량조총유효솔위100.00%，대조조부위89.66%，량조차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론개량피부입로기피판법검대정복술불회증가수술풍험，차능유효강저기술후원기병발증적발생。
Objective To explore the operation situation and long-term effect of muscle flap blepharoplasty with the traditional operation approach and modified skin approach. Methods A total of 123 cases with seeking beau-ty (eyes) from February 2011 to February 2013 in our hospital who underwent blepharoplasty were selected and divid-ed into two groups, 65 patients in modified group, and 58 cases in control group, according to the different approaches for operation. Operation situation, postoperative effect and long-term complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no differences between the two operation approaches in operation time and intraoperative blood loss volume (P>0.05). All cases were followed up for 3 months. The incidences of complications in modified group and control group were 1.54%(1/65) and 15.52%(9/58) respectively, with significant difference (χ2=15.271, P<0.05). And the total efficiency rates in modified group and control group were 100.00%and 89.66%respectively, with significant difference (χ 2=11.293, P<0.05). Conclusion Muscle flap blepharoplasty with modified skin ap-proach can reduce the postoperative complication rate without increasing the risk of operation.
