Intensity modulated radiation therapy%Bone%Echinococcosis%T lymphocyte subsets
目的:通过观察三维适形调强放疗(Intensity modulated radiation therapy,IMRT)对新疆大鼠继发性骨棘球蚴进行治疗后大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响,探讨IMRT对骨包虫的杀灭机制是否与射线激发宿主对骨包虫有效的免疫反应有关。方法选取股骨继发性棘球蚴病大鼠50只,随机分为IMRT组及空白对照组各25只,以IMRT方式分别对IMRT组25只大鼠左侧股骨棘球蚴病区给予40 Gy剂量的放疗,于放疗1周后所有大鼠活杀取材,取脾制备细胞悬液,用流式细胞术(FCM)检测CD4+/CD8+的值。结果 IMRT作用1周后,流式细胞仪检测结果提示,IMRT组大鼠脾淋巴细胞CD4+/CD8+的值(2.96±1.90)明显高于空白对照组(1.65±1.31),差异具有统计学意义(t=0.544,P<0.05)。结论 IMRT可促进新疆大鼠继发性骨棘球蚴的凋亡,其作用机制可能是与射线激发宿主对骨包虫有效的免疫反应有关。

목적:통과관찰삼유괄형조강방료(Intensity modulated radiation therapy,IMRT)대신강대서계발성골극구유진행치료후대서T림파세포아군적영향,탐토IMRT대골포충적살멸궤제시부여사선격발숙주대골포충유효적면역반응유관。방법선취고골계발성극구유병대서50지,수궤분위IMRT조급공백대조조각25지,이IMRT방식분별대IMRT조25지대서좌측고골극구유병구급여40 Gy제량적방료,우방료1주후소유대서활살취재,취비제비세포현액,용류식세포술(FCM)검측CD4+/CD8+적치。결과 IMRT작용1주후,류식세포의검측결과제시,IMRT조대서비림파세포CD4+/CD8+적치(2.96±1.90)명현고우공백대조조(1.65±1.31),차이구유통계학의의(t=0.544,P<0.05)。결론 IMRT가촉진신강대서계발성골극구유적조망,기작용궤제가능시여사선격발숙주대골포충유효적면역반응유관。
Objective To observe the change and significance of T lymphocyte subsets in rats of Xinji-ang with echinococcosis after intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), and explore the possible mechanism. Methods Fifty cases of rats with secondary echinococcosis at femurs were selected and randomized into two groups equally. 25 rats in IMRT group were given IMRT at the left femur, where the echinococcosis located,with a total irra-diation doses of 40 Gy. And one week after radiation, the spleen cells were collected from all rats. The value of CD4+/CD8+ was detected by flow cytometry. Results One week after IMRT, the value of CD4+/CD8+ in the IMPT group (2.96±1.90) was significantly higher than that in the blank control group (1.65±1.31). Conclusion IMRT contributes to the therapy of secondary echinococcosis,with a underlying mechanism of activation in effective parasite-host im-mune response which is initiated by radiation.
