目的：调查和研究贝母现今临床使用情况，使贝母类药材更好地为广大患者服务。方法对含有贝母的医院中药处方进行调查、统计和分析。结果川贝母的市场资源较贫乏，浙贝母资源相对充足，但二者的临床使用率都较高。结论应加强对资源较少但临床使用率高的药材的管理，保证用药的有效、安全。
목적：조사화연구패모현금림상사용정황，사패모류약재경호지위엄대환자복무。방법대함유패모적의원중약처방진행조사、통계화분석。결과천패모적시장자원교빈핍，절패모자원상대충족，단이자적림상사용솔도교고。결론응가강대자원교소단림상사용솔고적약재적관리，보증용약적유효、안전。
Objective To survey and study the current situation of clinical use of fritillaria, in order to make fritillaria become easier used in the treatment for patients. Methods The TCM prescriptions in hospital containing fritillaria were investigated, and were put into statistics and analysis. Results The market resources of fritillaria cirrhose was short, while that of fritillaria thunbergii was relatively abundant. The clinical use rates of both kinds were high. Conclusion The management of medicinal materials with few resource and high utilization should be strengthened, in order to ensure the efficacy and safety of medicine for patients.
