目的:试验研究观察椎间盘内注射丹参注射液对大鼠退变腰椎间盘的影响。方法24只Wistar大鼠随机分为实验组、模型组、空白组,每组8只。实验组和模型组分别用针刺法建立大鼠椎间盘退变动物模型,实验组注射丹参注射液,空白组不进行手术干预。不同时间点取得椎间盘标本。用免疫组化方法测定实验组、模型组与空白组之间椎间盘切片转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)表达的变化。结果模型组与空白组比较, TGF-β1表达明显减少;实验组与模型组比较, TGF-β1表达明显增加,但实验组与空白组比较, TGF-β1表达较空白组减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椎间盘内注射丹参注射液对于大鼠退变椎间盘中的TGF-β1达有促进作用。

목적:시험연구관찰추간반내주사단삼주사액대대서퇴변요추간반적영향。방법24지Wistar대서수궤분위실험조、모형조、공백조,매조8지。실험조화모형조분별용침자법건립대서추간반퇴변동물모형,실험조주사단삼주사액,공백조불진행수술간예。불동시간점취득추간반표본。용면역조화방법측정실험조、모형조여공백조지간추간반절편전화생장인자-β1(TGF-β1)표체적변화。결과모형조여공백조비교, TGF-β1표체명현감소;실험조여모형조비교, TGF-β1표체명현증가,단실험조여공백조비교, TGF-β1표체교공백조감소,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론추간반내주사단삼주사액대우대서퇴변추간반중적TGF-β1체유촉진작용。
Objective To observe and analyze influence of Danshen injection intervertebral disc injection on TGF-β1 of rat degenerative intervertebral disc. Methods A total of 24 Wistar mice were randomly divided into experimental group, model group and control group, with 8 rats in each group. Mice intervertebral disc degeneration model was made in the experimental group and model group with acupuncture. The experimental group was treated with Danshen injection, and the control group received no operation intervention. Disc specimens were collected at different time points. Changes of TGF-β1 expression were detected by immunohistochemical method in the three groups. Results TGF-β1 expression was lower in the model group than in the control group. TGF-β1 expression in the experimental group was more than in the model group, but TGF-β1 expression in the experimental group was lower than the control group. The differences among the three groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Intradiscal injection of Danshen injection has promoted effect on the expression of TGF-β1 of mice degenerative intervertebral disc.
