目的：探讨微创细针多孔髓芯减压联合自体骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死(ANFH)的临床疗效。方法对31例(34髋)ARCOⅠ、Ⅱ期的ANFH患者采用微创细针多孔髓芯减压联合自体骨髓间充质干细胞移植，结合髋关节Harris评分和影像学检查评定临床疗效。结果经过平均12个月的随访，本组优15例，良12例，可3例，差1例，优良率达87.10%。结论微创细针多孔髓芯减压联合自体骨髓间充质干细胞移植治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死创伤小，近期临床疗效可靠。
목적：탐토미창세침다공수심감압연합자체골수간충질간세포이식치료조기고골두결혈성배사(ANFH)적림상료효。방법대31례(34관)ARCOⅠ、Ⅱ기적ANFH환자채용미창세침다공수심감압연합자체골수간충질간세포이식，결합관관절Harris평분화영상학검사평정림상료효。결과경과평균12개월적수방，본조우15례，량12례，가3례，차1례，우량솔체87.10%。결론미창세침다공수심감압연합자체골수간충질간세포이식치료조기고골두결혈성배사창상소，근기림상료효가고。
Objective To investigate the effects of minimally invasive needle core decompression combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of early stage avascular necrosis of femoral head (ANFH). Methods Minimally invasive needle core decompression combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation were applied for 31 ANFH cases (34 hips)with ACRO I and II period. Curative effects were evaluated by Harris hip score and progression in radiographic stages. Results The average period of follow-up were 12 months. There were 15 excellent cases, 12 good cases, 5 fair cases, and 1 bad case. The total good rate was 87.10%. Conclusion Minimally invasive needle core decompression combined with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of ANFH has the advantages of minimal damage and good short-term efficacy.
