目的:探讨国产卡泊三醇软膏联合308 nm准分子激光治疗斑块状银屑病的疗效与安全性。方法60例寻常性斑块状银悄病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组外用卡泊三醇软膏2次/d,联合308 nm准分子激光照射3次/周;对照组单照射308 nm准分子激光3次/周。治疗8周后,观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率(90.00%)与对照组总有效率(63.33%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗效果好,疗程缩短,不良反应少。结论国产卡泊三醇软膏联合308 nm准分子激光治疗斑块状银屑病比单用308 nm准分子激光更安全有效。

목적:탐토국산잡박삼순연고연합308 nm준분자격광치료반괴상은설병적료효여안전성。방법60례심상성반괴상은초병환자수궤분위치료조화대조조,매조30례。치료조외용잡박삼순연고2차/d,연합308 nm준분자격광조사3차/주;대조조단조사308 nm준분자격광3차/주。치료8주후,관찰료효。결과치료조총유효솔(90.00%)여대조조총유효솔(63.33%)상비,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),차치료효과호,료정축단,불량반응소。결론국산잡박삼순연고연합308 nm준분자격광치료반괴상은설병비단용308 nm준분자격광경안전유효。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of the combination of domestic calcipotriol ointment and 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of plaque psoriasis. Methods A total of 60 patients with usual plaque psoriasis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, and each group contained 30 cases. The treatment group received external use of calcipotriol 2 times/d combined with 308 nm excimer laser 3 times/week, and the control group was treated by 308 nm excimer laser 3 times/week alone. After 8-week treatment, the curative effects were observed. Results The difference between the total effective rates of the treatment group (90.00%) and the control group (63.33%) was statistically significant (P<0.05). The curative effect was good in the treatment group with shortened treatment course and fewer adverse reactions. Conclusion The combination therapy of domestic calcipotriol ointment and 308 nm excimer laser is safer and more effective than the monotherapy of 308 nm excimer laser in treatment of plaque psoriasis.
