目的：探讨不同糖皮质激素在重症支原体肺炎治疗中的作用。方法符合重症支原体肺炎临床诊断标准的46例患儿，分为氢化可的松琥珀酸钠组(甲组)和甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠组(乙组)，每组23例，比较两组之间疗效差异。结果甲组总有效率74%，乙组总有效率91%，两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氢化可的松琥珀酸钠与甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠在治疗重症支原体肺炎中疗效无显著差异。

목적：탐토불동당피질격소재중증지원체폐염치료중적작용。방법부합중증지원체폐염림상진단표준적46례환인，분위경화가적송호박산납조(갑조)화갑발니룡호박산납조(을조)，매조23례，비교량조지간료효차이。결과갑조총유효솔74%，을조총유효솔91%，량조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론경화가적송호박산납여갑발니룡호박산납재치료중증지원체폐염중료효무현저차이。
Objective To investigate the effects of different glucocorticoids in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods A total of 46 cases up to the standard of clinical diagnosis of severe mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into hydrocortisone sodium succinate group (group A) and methylprednisolone sodium succinate group (group B), and each group contained 23 cases. Differences of curative effects between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of group A was 74%, and that of group B was 91%. The difference between the two groups was no statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference between the curative effects of hydrocortisone sodium succinate and methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of severe mycoplasma pneumonia.
