目的：探讨运德素雾化吸入治疗儿童病毒性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法78例病毒性上呼吸道感染患儿，随机均分为对照组和观察组，各39例，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予运德素(重组人干扰素α1b)雾化吸入治疗。比较两组患儿治疗总有效率、退热时间和总病程的差异。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.3%，显著高于对照组的76.9%(P<0.05)；观察组退热时间和总病程均短于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运德素雾化吸入治疗儿童病毒性上呼吸道感染疗效确切，可有效遏制病毒侵袭及感染，控制病情发展，值得临床广泛推广使用。
목적：탐토운덕소무화흡입치료인동병독성상호흡도감염적림상료효。방법78례병독성상호흡도감염환인，수궤균분위대조조화관찰조，각39례，대조조급여상규치료，관찰조재상규치료적기출상급여운덕소(중조인간우소α1b)무화흡입치료。비교량조환인치료총유효솔、퇴열시간화총병정적차이。결과관찰조치료총유효솔위92.3%，현저고우대조조적76.9%(P<0.05)；관찰조퇴열시간화총병정균단우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론운덕소무화흡입치료인동병독성상호흡도감염료효학절，가유효알제병독침습급감염，공제병정발전，치득림상엄범추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of interferonalfα1b aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with viral upper respiratory tract infection. Methods A total of 78 children with viral upper respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into control group and observation group, and each group contained 39 cases. The control group was treated by conventional therapy. The observation group was treated by hapgen (interferonalfα1b) aerosol inhalation therapy in addition. The total effective rate, antifebrile time and total disease course of two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate of the observation group was 92.3%, which was significantly higher than 76.9%of control group (P<0.05). The antifebrile time and total disease course of the observation group were obviously shorter than control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Interferonalfα1b aerosol inhalation therapy for children with viral upper respiratory tract infection has exact effect, and it can effectively curb viruses and infections and control the disease. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
