目的：分析本院乳腺外科化学治疗的不合理用药，促进抗肿瘤药物合理使用。方法对本院141748条医嘱进行分析，点评乳腺癌的全部病历用药。结果化疗药物不合理用药比例1.82%，溶媒不适宜占不合理用药比例90.91%。结论开展医嘱点评对提高合理用药有正面作用，按照化疗方案点评抗肿瘤药较为合理，本院乳腺癌化疗不合理用药主要问题是溶媒剂量选择不当。
목적：분석본원유선외과화학치료적불합리용약，촉진항종류약물합리사용。방법대본원141748조의촉진행분석，점평유선암적전부병력용약。결과화료약물불합리용약비례1.82%，용매불괄의점불합리용약비례90.91%。결론개전의촉점평대제고합리용약유정면작용，안조화료방안점평항종류약교위합리，본원유선암화료불합리용약주요문제시용매제량선택불당。
Objective To analyze the irrational drug use of chemotherapy in breast surgery in our hospital, and to promote rational antineoplastic drug use. Methods A total of 141,748 medical advices in our hospital were analyzed, and all drugs used for breast cancer were evaluated. Results The irrational drug use in chemotherapy was 1.82%, Inappropriate solvent accounted for 90.91%in all irrational drug use. Conclusion Review of medical advice has positive effect on improvement of rational drug use. It is reasonable for the review of antineoplastic drug according to chemotherapy regimens. Inappropriate choice of solvent dose is the main problem of irrational drug use in the treatment of breast cancer in our hospital.
