目的:检测CD133在脑胶质瘤中的表达,探讨其对脑胶质瘤诊断及预后的作用。方法应用辣根过氧化物酶化学法检测38例脑胶质瘤(脑胶质瘤组)和5例正常脑组织(正常对照组)中CD133的表达。结果 CD133在脑胶质瘤组中的阳性表达率为71.1%(27/38),在正常对照组中的表达为0.0(0/5),二者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD133阳性细胞例数在不同病理级别的脑胶质瘤组织中的表达存在相关性,即胶质瘤级别越高,CD133阳性细胞例数越多,差异有统计学意义(r=0.012,P<0.01);不同病理级别的脑胶质瘤中CD133阳性细胞率与患者的复发率存在相关性,即不同病理级别的脑胶质瘤中,CD133阳性细胞率越高,患者复发率越高,差异有统计学意义(r=0.358,P<0.05)。结论在脑胶质瘤中CD133的表达情况可以用于指导肿瘤的临床诊断和预后评估。

Objective To detect the expression of CD133 in brain gliomas,and explore its effect in diagnosis and prog nosis of gliomas. Methods The expression of CD133 in 38 cases of brain glioma(brain glima group) and 5 cases of normal brain tissue(normal control group) was detected by peroxidase horseradish method. Results The positive rate of CD133 was 71.1%(27/38) in the brain glioma group and 0.0(0/5) in the normal control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). There was correlation between positive cells of CD133 and the expression in brain glioma tissues in different pathological levels that was the higher the brain gliomas were,the more of the positive cells of CD133 were,and the difference was statistically signif-icant(r=0.012,P<0.01). The correlation between positive rate of CD133 of brain gliomas in different pathological levels and recur-rence rate was that the higher of the positive rate of CD133 was,the higher of the recurrence rate was,and the difference had sta tistically significance(r=0.358,P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of CD133 in brain gliomas can be used to guide the clinical treatment and prognosis.
