系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE)是一种累及全身多个系统,并产生多种自身抗体的慢性自身免疫性疾病。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是近年来备受关注的基因表达调控因子,研究表明miRNAs可能在SLE的发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。该文从miRNAs与T淋巴细胞甲基化、Treg细胞功能、B淋巴细胞功能、干扰素信号通路及X染色体相关基因的调控数个方面就SLE发病机制与miRNAs关系的研究进展作一简要综述。
繫統性紅斑狼瘡(systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE)是一種纍及全身多箇繫統,併產生多種自身抗體的慢性自身免疫性疾病。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是近年來備受關註的基因錶達調控因子,研究錶明miRNAs可能在SLE的髮生、髮展過程中起著重要作用。該文從miRNAs與T淋巴細胞甲基化、Treg細胞功能、B淋巴細胞功能、榦擾素信號通路及X染色體相關基因的調控數箇方麵就SLE髮病機製與miRNAs關繫的研究進展作一簡要綜述。
계통성홍반랑창(systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE)시일충루급전신다개계통,병산생다충자신항체적만성자신면역성질병。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)시근년래비수관주적기인표체조공인자,연구표명miRNAs가능재SLE적발생、발전과정중기착중요작용。해문종miRNAs여T림파세포갑기화、Treg세포공능、B림파세포공능、간우소신호통로급X염색체상관기인적조공수개방면취SLE발병궤제여miRNAs관계적연구진전작일간요종술。
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic, multi-system autoimmune disease characterized by disorder of the generation of auto-antibodies to components of cell nucleus. MicroRNAs (miRNAs), as post-transcriptional regulatory factor of gene expression have been attracting more and more attention. Accumulating evidence indicates that miRNAs play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of SLE. In this article, we discuss the regulatory roles of miRNAs in T cell DNA methylation, regulatory T-cells, B cells, type I interferon pathway, and X-linked genes in the pathogenesis of SLE.
