系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE)是一种累及全身多个系统，并产生多种自身抗体的慢性自身免疫性疾病。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)是近年来备受关注的基因表达调控因子，研究表明miRNAs可能在SLE的发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。该文从miRNAs与T淋巴细胞甲基化、Treg细胞功能、B淋巴细胞功能、干扰素信号通路及X染色体相关基因的调控数个方面就SLE发病机制与miRNAs关系的研究进展作一简要综述。

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a chronic, multi-system autoimmune disease characterized by disorder of the generation of auto-antibodies to components of cell nucleus. MicroRNAs (miRNAs), as post-transcriptional regulatory factor of gene expression have been attracting more and more attention. Accumulating evidence indicates that miRNAs play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of SLE. In this article, we discuss the regulatory roles of miRNAs in T cell DNA methylation, regulatory T-cells, B cells, type I interferon pathway, and X-linked genes in the pathogenesis of SLE.
