目的：分析2型糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者的危险因素及对此类患者的护理措施。方法选取2011年10月~2013年4月于浙江省舟山市中医骨伤联合医院治疗的2型糖尿病患者352例，其中，并发DR患者99例作为DR组，其余无DR患者253例作为NDR组，对DR的相关危险因素进行调查分析并总结护理方法。结果DR组患者99例，即DR的发病率为28.1%，糖尿病病程为(15.3±2.1)年，空腹血糖水平为(10.5±1.6)mmol/L，高血压比例达59.6%，均高于NDR组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素线性回归分析结果显示，DR的独立危险因素包括糖尿病病程(P=0.047)、空腹血糖(P=0.010)、高血压(P=0.002)及胰岛素治疗史(P=0.019)。结论糖尿病病程长、空腹血糖高、高血压等是DR的主要危险因素。

목적：분석2형당뇨병시망막병변(DR)환자적위험인소급대차류환자적호리조시。방법선취2011년10월~2013년4월우절강성주산시중의골상연합의원치료적2형당뇨병환자352례，기중，병발DR환자99례작위DR조，기여무DR환자253례작위NDR조，대DR적상관위험인소진행조사분석병총결호리방법。결과DR조환자99례，즉DR적발병솔위28.1%，당뇨병병정위(15.3±2.1)년，공복혈당수평위(10.5±1.6)mmol/L，고혈압비례체59.6%，균고우NDR조，차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。다인소선성회귀분석결과현시，DR적독립위험인소포괄당뇨병병정(P=0.047)、공복혈당(P=0.010)、고혈압(P=0.002)급이도소치료사(P=0.019)。결론당뇨병병정장、공복혈당고、고혈압등시DR적주요위험인소。
Objective To analyze the risk factors of retinopathy in type 2 diabetes patients and the its nursing inter-vention. Methods 352 patients with diabetic retinopathy (DR) in Hoptial of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combination of Orthopaedics from October 2011 to April 2013 were divided into two groups, 99 cases of patients with DR were se-lected as DR group, the other 253 cases without DR were selected as NDR group. The related risk factors of diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetes patients were investigated and summarized the nursing method. Results There were 99 patients in DR group, the incidence of DR was 28.1%, the duration of diabetes was (15.3±2.1) years, the fasting plasma glucose was (10.5±1.6) mmol/L, the high blood pressure ratio was 59.6%, they were all higher than those in the NDR group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The multifactor linear regression analysis results showed that diabetes duration (P=0.047), fasting blood glucose (P=0.010), hypertension (P=0.002) and insulin treatment history (P=0.019) were independent risk factors of DR. Conclusion The long duration of diabetes, high fasting hyper-glycemia, hypertension are major risk factors of DR.
