文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对2012级临床医学生专业思想进行问卷调查,包括专业态度、专业认知、专业行为、专业理想等方面,结果显示临床医学生的专业思想问题主要表现为学非所愿、报考动机功利化、专业认知缺乏整体性、专业学习努力程度低、专业理想模糊等方面,建议要加强临床医学生对专业的再认知,改革临床医学人才培养模式和课程设置,丰富第二课堂,帮助临床医学生建立和巩固合理的专业思想,从而提高临床医学的人才培养质量。

This paper uses methods of documentation, questionnaires, interviews and other research methods, for 2012 medical students conducted a questionnaire survey of professional thinking, including professional attitude, professional knowl-edge, professional conduct, professional ideals, etc., showed that professional medical students ideological problems mainly learned non wish, apply utilitarian motivation, lack of integrity of professional knowledge, professional learning low level of ef-fort, blurring the professional ideal, it is recommended to strengthen the medical students for professional re-cognition, the re-form of clinical medicine training model and curriculum, rich second class, to help medical students to establish and consolidate reasonable professional thinking, thereby improving the quality of personnel training in clinical medicine.
