在学员旅体制下，学员的学习环境有了较大变化，学员的学习动力有了明显提高，但仍存在一些突出的问题，需要加以研究和解决。本文研究了学员学习动力现状，分析了影响学员学习动力的因素，提出了增强学习动力的手段。
