Personnel training is the fundamental task of school construction and development, Quality of personnel training is the simply reflects of the universities, which improved teaching quality and satisfied people. Study Style is an important indicator to measure the level of school education, the quality of teaching and the personnel training. Establish and improve the style of study is an important foundation for long-term mechanism to protect the quality of the personnel training in uni-versities. Forming healthy, sustainable, high-quality study style will help students growing more comprehensive and achieving universities' content development and to practice the scientific concept of development.
