卓越工程师课程体系建设是近年来高校在专业发展研究上的热点问题。本文立足土木工程教学中与工程结合紧密的核心课程，以专业基础课结构力学、专业课混凝土结构设计和实践课程测量实习为切入点，对土木卓越工程师培养教学系统研究。按照卓越工程师培养目标，搭建以扎实的基础理论、以工程意识养成和工程素质培养为主线的“两个平台”的课程教学体系建设；强化以理论与实践的紧密结合、应用与生产科研结合的“两个结合”为核心内容的卓越工程师培养模式，有效实现了土木工程卓越工程师的培养。

Excellent engineer course construction is a hot topic in recent years on the professional development of universi-ties.
