根据我院生物工程专业办学服务于地方经济社会发展需求,笔者对专业基础课生物化学课程从教材选用和课程设置上进行了分析,在教学内容上突出了传统酿造业的理论知识,并提出采用多媒体教学为主,网络教学和创新实践教学为辅的教学模式,以期提高学生对该门课程知识体系的掌握能力。

According to our college biological engineering services at the local school and social development needs of the economy, the author analyzes of the basic course biochemistry courses from the curriculum materials selection, in the teach-ing content highlights the theoretical knowledge of traditional brewing industry, and made use of multimedia teaching, online teaching and innovative teaching practice, supplemented by teaching model, in order to improve students' knowledge of the course to master skills.
