课堂教学是学校实施素质教育培养人才的主渠道，是传授知识和技能的主平台。本文主要结合现阶段教学现象，查阅相关文献资料，阐述了高职院校体育课堂教学中存在的问题，研究分析了如何提高高职院校体育课堂教学实效性，对体育课堂现存问题提出了一些有效的策略，为广大教师提供一些现实性的参考。

Classroom teaching is the main channel of school quality education, is the main platform of imparting knowledge and skills. This paper combines the current teaching phenomenon, access to the relevant literature, and expounds the existing sports classroom teaching in higher vocational colleges, research and analysis of how to improve the effectiveness of class-room teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges Sports Colleges and universities, and puts forward some effective strategies for the existing problems of physical education class, to provide some reference for teachers.
