地方高校学生干部队伍在学生工作中发挥着重要作用，而学生党员干部是这支队伍的重要力量，起着模范、表率作用。分析地方高校学生党员干部培养的存在问题和造成原因，切实加强学生党员干部能力和素质的培养，对完善和发展高校学生工作乃至党建工作有着重要意义。文章立足钦州学院的实际，探索其作为地方高校培养学生党员干部的方法和途径。

Student cadres of local Colleges and universities play a crucial role in their student work. Student Party member cadres, which is one of important parts of this team, can play an exemplary role. It will be of great significance for the devel-opment of student work, even party construction to analyze the existing problems as well as the cause and enhance the culti-vation of quality and ability of student party member cadres. This thesis is, based on the situation of Qinzhou University, aiming to search for the cultivation measures for student party members of local college and universities.
