随着我国国际交流的加强，中国语言文化在国际上的传播越来越广泛，世界各地相继建立了大量的孔子学院，加强了汉语教学和中华文化推广工作。孔子学院中的教师队伍建设对于汉语高速、有效的国际推广具有重要作用，是维持汉语国际推广事业稳步发展的关键。本文对孔子学院中的教师培养问题进行探讨。
