辅导员是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者，辅导员工作的开展离不开与学生之间有效的信息传递。本文在分析信息化环境下大学生特点和高校辅导员工作要求与职责的基础上，利用教育传播学的相关原理和技术，建立一个新的辅导员工作教育传播模式，明确影响辅导员工作效果的各种因素，并结合辅导员工作教育传播模式给出一些优化、提升辅导员工作科学化水平的思考和建议。

Counselors are organizer, implementers and mentors of daily ideological and political education of college stu-dents and management, effective information transfer between the counselor and student work is carried out. Based on the analysis of information technology-based college environment characteristics and college counselors work requirements and responsibilities on the use of the relevant principles and techniques of educational communication, the establishment of a new educational counselor working mode of transmission, clearly affect work results of each counselor a variety of factors, com-bined with the spread of education counselors work mode, gives some recommendations to optimize and enhance scientific level of counselors' work.
