校内实训室是实践教学改革的产物，对于实践性和操作性较强的高职专业来说，通过实训室的综合训练不仅能提高学生的综合实践能力、社会适应能力，而且能够满足行业对人才的需要，提高学生的就业率。文章在论述校内实训室建设必要性的基础上，表述了目前校内实训室建设的模式，期许对昭通学院高职专业校内实训室的建设有所帮助，并提出建设的建议。
