随着高校专业学位研究生教育的迅速发展，传统的研究生会模式已不适应目前“学术学位”和“专业学位”两种类别研究生教育共存的情况。本文旨在介绍“西南财经大学会计硕士联合会”的实践经验，以期进一步探索高校研究生会的创新管理模式。该模式覆盖全日制与在职学生，除了是在校生的管理、服务组织，还纳入了校友机制以及与社会的对接合作机制。

With the rapid development of university professional education graduate degree, the traditional mode of graduate students will no longer meet the current"academic degree"and"professional degree"co-existence of two categories of grad-uate education situation.
