良好的沟通是个体发展人际关系的基础，然而，当前大学生的交流能力现状令人堪忧。本研究通过尝试对国内外3所高校的专业培养计划及交流能力培养的课程设置进行对比分析，认为应该将交流能力的培养作为学生职业素养的基础要素之一纳入专业培养计划、并以核心课要求各专业区别对待，而人文、社科方面的交流能力培养则具有普适性。

량호적구통시개체발전인제관계적기출，연이，당전대학생적교류능력현상령인감우。본연구통과상시대국내외3소고교적전업배양계화급교류능력배양적과정설치진행대비분석，인위응해장교류능력적배양작위학생직업소양적기출요소지일납입전업배양계화、병이핵심과요구각전업구별대대，이인문、사과방면적교류능력배양칙구유보괄성。
Good communication is the basis for the development of individual relationships;however, the ability to com-municate the current status quo of college students is worrying. In this study, a comparative analysis by the curriculum at-tempts to universities abroad three professional development programs and communication skills training, communication skills training should be thought of as one of the students on the basis of professionalism elements into professional training programs and core courses require professional distinction, and the humanities, communication skills training aspects of the social sciences is universal.
