随着我国高职教育和高等教育的普及，以及各大高校的逐年扩招，各个大专院校的毕业生人数不断增加，因此毕业生也面临着越来越严峻的就业形势和就业压力。因此以创业带动就业已经成为这个不断发展的时代的主流，而高职院校的创业教育也成为学生发展的一大助力。①本文从高职大学生创业意识、自身综合素质的现状进行分析，并结合其自身在创业实践中出现的问题，结合高职学生自身的特点，提出一些合理化建议。

With the popularity of major colleges and universities as well as yearly enrollment of vocational education and higher education, the number of graduates from various colleges and universities continues to increase, so the graduates are facing increasingly severe employment pressure situation and employment. Therefore, in order to pro-mote employment, entrepreneurship has become a major trend of the development of this, and entrepreneurship edu-cation in higher vocational colleges has become a big help to students' development. This paper analyzed the present situation of higher vocational college students' venture consciousness, their overall quality, combined with its own emerging issues in business practice, combined with vocational students own characteristics, make some reasonable suggestions.
