缺血性脑卒中是由于脑部供血不足导致脑组织功能障碍及坏死所致,目前对其病理机制的研究主要有能量耗竭、氧化应激、兴奋性氨基酸毒性、神经细胞内钙超载、炎症反应等五个方面。本文针对氧化应激这一病理机制,通过对已有文献报道的一些相关标志物进行分析,从疾病诊断、治疗效果、评估预后等方面进行筛选,从中总结出五种生物标志物,以期为日后临床应用提供理论依据。

Ischemic stroke is the result of a lack of brain blood flow which leads to brain dysfunction and necrosis. Recent research demonstrated that the pathological mechanism of ischemic stroke mainly has five aspects:energy de-pletion,oxidative stress,excitatory amino acids toxicity,nerve intracellular calcium overload and inflammatory response. According to the pathological mechanism of oxidative stress, in this paper, through the analysis of some of the existing literature,related biomarkers will be screened from disease diagnosis,treatment,assessment of prognosis,which will be summed up the five biomarkers in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical application in the future.
