目的：探讨针灸联合腰腿痛丸治疗慢性腰腿疼痛综合征的可行性及安全性。方法选取本院2012年10月~2013年11月收入院的慢性腰腿疼痛综合征患者605例，随机分为观察组305例和对照组300例，观察组采用针灸联合腰腿痛丸治疗，对照组采用腰腿痛丸治疗，比较两组的临床疗效、关节疼痛评分及疼痛综合评分。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的关节疼痛评分明显低于对照组，疼痛综合评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的关节疼痛评分低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用针灸联合腰腿痛丸治疗慢性腰腿疼痛综合征，可明显缓解患者疼痛，疗效显著，安全可靠，值得推广应用。
목적：탐토침구연합요퇴통환치료만성요퇴동통종합정적가행성급안전성。방법선취본원2012년10월~2013년11월수입원적만성요퇴동통종합정환자605례，수궤분위관찰조305례화대조조300례，관찰조채용침구연합요퇴통환치료，대조조채용요퇴통환치료，비교량조적림상료효、관절동통평분급동통종합평분。결과관찰조총유효솔명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。관찰조치료후적관절동통평분명현저우대조조，동통종합평분명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。량조치료후적관절동통평분저우치료전，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론채용침구연합요퇴통환치료만성요퇴동통종합정，가명현완해환자동통，료효현저，안전가고，치득추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and safety of acupuncture combined Yaotuitong pill in the treatment of chronic low back pain syndrome. Methods 605 cases of chronic low back pain syndrome in our hospital from Octo-ber 2012 to November 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (305 cases)and control group (300 cases).Acupuncture combined Yaotuitong pill were used in observation group,while only Yaotuitong pill was ap-plied in control group.The clinical efficacy,joint pain score and pain comprehensive score was compared between two groups respectively. Results Total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,with statisti-cal difference(P<0.05).The joint pain score in observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in con-trol group,pain comprehensive score was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05).The joint pain score in two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The acupuncture combined Yaotuitong pill in the treatment of chronic low back pain syndrome can obviously relieve patients’ pain.Curative effect is distinct.It is safe and reliable,is worthy of promotion and application.
