目的：探讨前列地尔联合洛汀新治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果。方法选取2012年2月~2014年1月本院收治的82例早期糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象，将82例患者遵循随机分配的方式分为对照组(洛汀新组)41例和观察组(前列地尔联合洛汀新组)41例，检测并比较两组患者治疗前后的肾功能及肾血流相关指标。结果观察组患者治疗后1、2周的肾功能及肾血流相关指标均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔联合洛汀新治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果较好，对患者的肾脏功能及血供改善作用均相对明显。
목적：탐토전렬지이연합락정신치료조기당뇨병신병적효과。방법선취2012년2월~2014년1월본원수치적82례조기당뇨병신병환자위연구대상，장82례환자준순수궤분배적방식분위대조조(락정신조)41례화관찰조(전렬지이연합락정신조)41례，검측병비교량조환자치료전후적신공능급신혈류상관지표。결과관찰조환자치료후1、2주적신공능급신혈류상관지표균현저우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론전렬지이연합락정신치료조기당뇨병신병적효과교호，대환자적신장공능급혈공개선작용균상대명현。
Objective To investigate the effect of alprostadil combined with lotensin in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 82 patients with early diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from February 2012 to January 2014 were selected as the research object,and 82 cases were divided into control group(lotensin group)41 cases and observation group(alprostadil combined with lotensin group)41 cases according to the random allo-cation,then the renal function and renal blood flow related indexes of two groups before and after the treatment were detected and compared. Results The renal function and renal blood flow related indexes of observation group at first and second week after the operation were all significantly better than the detection levels of control group at first and second week after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of al-prostadil combined with lotensin in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy is better,and its improve-ment role for the renal function and blood supply are relatively obvious.
