目的：探讨替吉奥联合腹腔化疗方案治疗胃癌腹水的临床效果。方法选取2012年3月~2013年11月到本院接受治疗的胃癌并发腹水患者64例，随机分为对照组与观察组，每组各32例，对照组患者给予常规治疗，观察组采用替吉奥联合腹腔化疗方案治疗，分析对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果与对照组比较，观察组患者的腹水量明显较少，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者的治疗有效率为62.5%，观察组为87.5%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论替吉奥联合腹腔化疗方案治疗胃癌并发腹水的临床效果较好，值得进一步推广使用。
목적：탐토체길오연합복강화료방안치료위암복수적림상효과。방법선취2012년3월~2013년11월도본원접수치료적위암병발복수환자64례，수궤분위대조조여관찰조，매조각32례，대조조환자급여상규치료，관찰조채용체길오연합복강화료방안치료，분석대비량조환자적치료효과。결과여대조조비교，관찰조환자적복수량명현교소，량조차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。대조조환자적치료유효솔위62.5%，관찰조위87.5%，량조차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론체길오연합복강화료방안치료위암병발복수적림상효과교호，치득진일보추엄사용。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium combined with intraperi-toneal chemotherapy treatment gastric cancer ascites. Methods 64 cases with gastric cancer ascites treated in our hos-pital from March 2012 to November 2013 were selected and randomly divided into control group and the observation group,each group of 32 cases.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium combined with intraperitoneal chemotherapy.The treatment effect of two groups was compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group,the ascites volume in the observation group was low-er,which had statistical significance (P<0.05).The effective rate in the control group was 62.5%,and that of the observa-tion group was 87.5%,which had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Tegafur gimeracil oteracil potassium combined with intraperitoneal chemotherapy treating patients with gastric cancer ascites has good clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion and application.
