目的:研究法舒地尔辅助高压氧治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月~2014年1月本科收治的66例椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者,将其随机分为观察组34例和对照组32例。观察组采用法舒地尔药物治疗,同时给予高压氧治疗;对照组单纯给予常规传统药物治疗。治疗10 d后观察两组的临床疗效,对比椎、基底动脉血流改善情况。结果治疗10 d后,观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组经颅多普勒(TCD)检测椎、基底动脉平均血流速度快于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组治疗后未发现明显不良反应。结论法舒地尔辅助高压氧治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕,临床效果较好,无明显不良反应,值得推广。

목적:연구법서지이보조고압양치료추-기저동맥공혈불족성현훈적림상효과。방법선취2012년1월~2014년1월본과수치적66례추-기저동맥공혈불족성현훈환자,장기수궤분위관찰조34례화대조조32례。관찰조채용법서지이약물치료,동시급여고압양치료;대조조단순급여상규전통약물치료。치료10 d후관찰량조적림상료효,대비추、기저동맥혈류개선정황。결과치료10 d후,관찰조총유효솔고우대조조(P<0.05);관찰조경로다보륵(TCD)검측추、기저동맥평균혈류속도쾌우대조조(P<0.05);관찰조화대조조치료후미발현명현불량반응。결론법서지이보조고압양치료추-기저동맥공혈불족성현훈,림상효과교호,무명현불량반응,치득추엄。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of fasudil as an adjuvant therapy with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar ischemia. Methods Sixty-six patients with vertigo due to vertebrobasilar ischemia in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n=34) and control group (n=32).In the observation group,fasudil was applied together with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.In the control group,only conventional medication was adopted.The clinical effect and improvement conditions of blood flow in vertebrobasilar artery were observed in the two groups after 10-day treatment. Results In the observation group, the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group after 10-day treatment (P<0.05).In the above-men-tioned period,outcome of average blood flow velocity in the vertebrobasilar artery tested by thermal conductivity detec-tor (TCD) was superior to that in the control group (P<0.05).With regard to adverse reaction,there was no obvious ad-verse reaction occurred in observation group or control group. Conclusion Fasudil as an adjuvant therapy with hyper-baric oxygen in the treatment of vertigo due to vertebrobasilar ischemia can obtain a great clinical effect without any distinct adverse reaction,which is worthy of expansion.
